Prior to starting as Coach and Consultant, Anamika was Chief Psychometrician and Head Consulting Services at Mercer-Mettl. As Chief Psychometrician and Head Consulting Services, Mercer-Mettl, she was responsible for research and product development and establishing the consulting practice for behaviour transformation in organizations with extensive focus ranging from advising on selection and recruitment assessments to talent retention and engagement, increasing organizational effectiveness and managing cultural transformation, designing and deploying of assessment centers. She was a core team member and part of Strategic Advisory Committee. With 20 years of consulting and training experience, working closely with more than 500 strategic accounts, she has been instrumental in leading efforts in creating human capital through advisory, consulting and training services for several organizations like Nestle, Hyundai, National Skill Development Council, NASSCOM, Escorts Group, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Oxford University Press, Zydus Cadila, Ford Motors, Maruti, Larsen and Tourbo, Apollo Munich, Kotak Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Group, American Express, Airtel, Future Generalli, Smarthead Consulting, SRKay Consulting Group to name a few.

She was a Global Advisor on Talent Management Strategy to a Fortune 500 FMCG Company. As an Advisor to MD of a leading agri-machinery and construction equipment company led the behavior transformation and sustainable change management program for Senior Leadership which involved diagnosis, individual and group level interventions and situational leadership development. She also re-designed the talent management- acquisition, retention and development at a leading global pharmaceutical company (top 5) through designing of competency framework, competency mapping, benchmarking and analytics for more than 20,000 employees globally across levels and assessment centers. She handled various projects for high potential identification, their development and succession planning using a multi-dimensional approach. As a consultant, she has assessed the pre and post skill development behaviour and suitability based on the National Qualification Packs for different sector skills for National Skill Development Council.
