Undoubtedly, Human Resource is a pivotal function in the organization but with passage of time, it’s role today has evolved beyond it’s traditional scope of only supporting an organization’s talent requirements and gone further to understanding a business’ goals and aligning with the overall strategy of the organization, at every stage.

Human Resources is not only responsible for Talent acquisition, development  and performance management, but nowadays, is accountable for driving human capital to be a source of competitive advantage.

Niladri Roy
Niladri Roy is an experienced consultant. He has spent 11 years with the Aditya Birla Group in internal consulting roles. Prior to that he was a Faculty Member in the Infosys Leadership Institute, where his teaching and consulting focus was on Leadership Process Development, and Change Management.
