Taking Charge And Leading Strategy: Corporate And Competitive (September 2017)
Starting From: 14/09/2017

Often it is required of leaders to draw up and have strategy(ies) in place to drive their teams towards common organizaitonal goals. Strategy is all about having a vision for the organization or business and influencing your workforce to share the same vision and move forward the objective of attaining goals effectively. In almost all scenarios, strategy has nothing to do with the leaders’ / manager’s immediate role & responsibility, but has wider scope and is in the interest of the organization.

What leading strategy means or aims at (and the reason it is so desirable) is strategic vision.

The main objective of corporate & competitive strategy is strategic productivity. Corporate strategy fosters a culture where employees pre-empt organizational needs and goals and are motivated to attain those. Strategic leaders encourage team members to take initiative, develop innovative approaches and together attain organizational goals in effective and winning ways.
